Our CSA Share System

A CSA or Community-Supported Agriculture is a solidarity economy model where members let us know upfront their "share" of the harvest, for the coming year, allowing us, your farmers, to focus on what we do best, and that is raising delicious, nutrient-rich meat whilst repairing the landscape.

We open our online shop once a year in November to January, allowing our members to select their share of meat (by way of ordering meat boxes etc) for the coming year. We then deliver your fresh Regenerative Beef or Organic Lamb to you in March, July, and October. Head to our contact page and add yourself to our mailing list to become a member. No cost ( except of course a meat purchase) Supporting a CSA not only aids farming families but also fosters a closer connection to your food sources.  We host an annual Farm Day so members can meet us and learn about our farming practices.

The CSA movement began in the 1980s in the U.S., inspired by European biodynamic agriculture. Since then, over 12,000+ CSA farms have emerged in North America, linked to the rise of environmental awareness. In Australia, this concept is still gaining recognition. Come and be part of the CSA Revolution that will change that.

IT'S AS EASY AS 1,2,3.

Step 1.

Determine how much meat you will need for a year and order online when our shop opens in November.

We are always on hand to help if this sounds daunting.

Step 2

Wait for our invoice.

Rather than pay upfront, we invoice in January with payment options available*.

Step 3

Receive your delivery!

All we ask is to be home on the day of delivery (or arrange for a friend or neighbour to help)

We deliver 3 times a year (March, July, and October) and give you a heads up of the delivery date well in advance.
